Verdial Privacy Policy

Overview

Verdial is a marketing studio that helps you organize brand information, create images and multi-image projects, prepare captions and hashtags, plan content, and hand finished work off to social platforms. Verdial is designed to keep your creative workspace private and under your control.

TCQ Consulting LLC does not operate a Verdial account service or content server. We do not sell your information, use advertising networks, or track your activity across apps and websites.

Information Stored by Verdial

Verdial stores the information you choose to add, including Content Profiles, brand colors, app or product details, imported images and videos, generated graphics, captions, hashtags, content plans, reminder settings, drafts, and post history.

This content is stored on your device. When iCloud is available for Verdial, it may also sync through your personal iCloud account so it can appear on your other devices signed into the same Apple ID.

iCloud Sync

Verdial uses Apple's CloudKit framework for private iCloud synchronization. Synced content is associated with your Apple ID and is handled by Apple's infrastructure under Apple's terms and privacy practices. TCQ Consulting LLC does not maintain a separate copy of your Verdial workspace on its own servers.

You can manage iCloud access and storage through your device's Apple ID and iCloud settings.

Photos and Videos

Verdial lets you choose images and videos for your Asset Library and Content Profiles. The system photo picker gives you control over which items you select. Verdial does not browse or import unselected items from your photo library.

When you choose to save a finished image or group of images, Verdial requests permission to add that content to Photos. Verdial uses this access only for the action you requested.

Clipboard

When you tap a copy button, Verdial places the caption, hashtags, or other prepared text on your device's clipboard so you can paste it into another app. Verdial may check whether the current draft text remains on the clipboard to show that the copy step is complete. Clipboard content is not sent to TCQ Consulting LLC.

Notifications and Reminders

If you enable marketing reminders, Verdial schedules notifications on your device. These reminders are generated from your saved plans and do not require TCQ Consulting LLC to receive your content. You can change notification permission at any time in your device settings.

Social Platforms and Sharing

Verdial does not publish to social platforms without your action. When you choose to open Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, or another sharing destination, Verdial prepares the content and hands control to you. You select the media, review the text, and decide whether to post.

Once you open, paste, upload, or share content with another service, that service processes the content under its own terms and privacy policy. Verdial does not control how a third-party platform handles information you submit to it.

No Advertising, Tracking, or Third-Party Analytics

Verdial does not contain third-party advertising, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not use third-party analytics SDKs. TCQ Consulting LLC does not sell or rent your personal information.

Support Communications

If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address and description of the issue. Please do not send private media, passwords, or confidential marketing content unless it is necessary for your support request.

Data Control and Deletion

You can edit or delete content within Verdial. Deleting the app removes its local data from that device. Content synchronized through iCloud may remain in your personal iCloud account or on your other devices until it is removed there. Photos exported by Verdial remain in your Photos library until you delete them.

Children's Privacy

Verdial is a general-purpose marketing productivity app and is not directed to children. TCQ Consulting LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children through Verdial.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Verdial evolves or its features change. The current effective date will always appear at the top of this page.
