Our Privacy Commitment
Remember This Day is designed to keep your memories private. TCQ Consulting LLC does not collect, sell, rent, track, or use your memories for advertising or analytics.
Information You Create
The app stores the memories you write, their creation and update dates, and any reminder date or yearly-repeat choice you select. This information is used only to provide the app’s memory and reminder features.
Storage and iCloud
Memories are stored on your device and may sync through Apple CloudKit in your personal iCloud account. CloudKit private-database records are accessible only through your iCloud account and are not visible to TCQ Consulting LLC in the Apple developer portal. iCloud storage and syncing are governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
Notifications
If you choose a reminder, the app requests notification permission and schedules a notification for the date you select. CloudKit may also use silent remote notifications to keep memories synchronized. Silent sync notifications do not display alerts. You can change notification access in the Settings app at any time.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
The app contains no advertising, analytics SDKs, social trackers, or third-party data brokers. Your information is not shared with TCQ Consulting LLC or sold to third parties. Apple processes iCloud and notification services under Apple’s own privacy terms.
Retention and Deletion
A memory remains until you delete it. Deleting a memory in the app removes it from the local store and synchronizes that deletion through iCloud. Deleting the app removes its local data, but synchronized data may remain in your iCloud account so it can return after reinstalling. You can manage app data through your device’s iCloud storage settings.
Children’s Privacy
Remember This Day does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not transmit memories to TCQ Consulting LLC or create developer-managed user accounts.
Changes to This Policy
If the app’s privacy practices change, this policy and this public page will be updated with a new effective date.
